Brandy Downey is absolutely wonderful! I believe she is the supervisor in the gift shop area. I called because one of my co workers lost her ring she bought a few months ago there, so I called to see if they had the same one so I could surprise her for Christmas. She looked around the store for me.. couldn't find the exact ring but she sent me one that looks JUST like it. She took the time to do this for me when she didn't have to. She went out of her way to help me out and sent in the mail.
Some of the workers are amazing. Some of the slots are amazing. Then, time after time of nothing. Strange. But a lovely, clean and inviting casino. I still miss the old one, where everyone knew everyone, and it was more personal.
What a joke. This is the tightest casino I've ever been to. The casinos in Colorado are even 10x as loose as any machines in this place. I won't spend another dime here ever. And you charge for beer? Hmmm no wonder we were the youngest people in that place.
I have had nothing but GREAT experiences here and the employees are phenomenal. Thank you to Brandy for all that you have done!! You're wonderful!
This is a great casino with tons of fun games and a delicious buffet. I have generally done well whenever I've gone; the machines aren't too tight. They have some cool rewards for members and I get mailers with vouchers for free play and discounts on rooms and meals. It does have a smokey smell since smoking is allowed, but in my opinion, it doesn't get too bad if you're only there for a few hours. Restrooms are always clean and well stocked.
Not a large gaming area compared to other large casinos but did win a few bucks! Not enough to brag about but enough to pay for the day with my wife. As for the food! Went to the "Deli" in the casino for lunch and was more like a party store deli, not the best food. As for dinner, went to the "All seasons buffet" also in the casino and food was great!! Good variety great tasting and well stocked. All and all not to bad of a place just a little on the small side.
