Mark did an bedroom/entry/garage addition and remodel. I am 75 years old and Mark made it possible for me to independently and safely live in my home for as long as I want, making it barrier free, installing a lift chair to get to my beautifully remodeled bedroom and bath and making it easy to get to and from my car. I am a new person, thanks to Mark.
Mark Dulac and his staff could not have been more professional. They made our home building experience such a pleasure!! Mark was and is very responsive to our questions, phone calls, and emails. This was our first time building a new home since we purchased our previous home 43 years ago. If we could give them ten stars we would!!!
Outstanding Vision and Design!! We contacted Mark to help us find the best way to add an addition to our home. He offered ideas and insight we never considered while planning on our own. His design created awesome new living space, while maintaining the character and flow of our existing space. Now that the project is complete, you would never know the new area was added “after the fact” and looks like it has always been a part of our original home. Mark and his crew were professional, did great quality work, were very easy to work with, and loved the company of our dog. Can’t ask for more than that, and we couldn’t be happier!!

We used Mark to build a large, complex custom home and we were completely pleased with the outcome.
