If you like the outdoors as opposed to the gym, this is the perfect alternative to the treadmill!
Without having explored these trails extensively, I can tell they have a lot to offer both bikers & runners, as well as the skiers in snow season. Nice hills, perhaps less single track than I'd like but again I think you have to go deeper to find that.
