Awesome soft pretzels – so much better than Auntie Anne’s or similar stores. Big, fluffy and not greasy. 11 dipping sauces available as well.
We went to ben's pretzels right after they opened, they had a fund raiser for Disabled vets. The 2 Girls that were working there were friendly and pleasant and very helpful. There was a dispenser with. and I enjoyed sampling them.
Today 8/15/16 it was a different story the woman working was curt and rude. I ask if they would have sample topping and she replied "we don't just set them out they are #.50 each. I had my "customer appreciation card and I ask if that would get me a discount and she said no that just for us to track you "??? some appreciation?
What a joke. Food ain't that great and the service sucks. Should shut it down and put a subway or coffee shop in its place.
